Statement of Business Ethics

Introduction
Companies operate in part because the society in which they exist makes it possible. Every day companies have the potential to influence millions of lives either positively or negatively. As such, businesses have the social responsibility to give back to the communities they work in.

Interactive Drive recognises this and strives to maintains a high standard of business ethics with integrity.

Customer Commitment
Strong customer relationships is extremely important to us and at all times we work hard to support our clients needs. Interactive Drive adheres to the following principles:

• Honesty - We will always be honest and open with our clients.
• Results Driven - We work to our clients needs and achieve the results they set forth.
• Timely - We will work hard to insure the timely success of every project.
• Communication - At all times we will communicate promptly, clearly, and at a technical level understandable to the client.
• Performance - We will always work to the best of our ability.

Environmental Commitment
As a business, we believe we must lead by example. Interactive Drive is committed to a green future, securing a future for our children. We achieve this by:

• Recycling - We recycle all recyclable material such as paper, ink cartridges etc. We also use recycled supplies where possible.
• Energy Efficient - We limit energy consumption by turning off electrical appliances when not in use. Additionally, we purchase green energy to offset the greenhouse gases produced to run our business.

Social Responsibility
We do not engage on any projects we feel have an inverse affect on society. An example would be the tobacco industry.
